Unauthorised upgrade
***** on my account : ***. Upgraded without my knowledge to a contract R700 more than what i am currently paying. I am waiting for the voice recordings and all documents regarding this transaction. I am not getting any feedback from Autopage regarding this matter. My account will be billed with this amount?
