Unauthorised billing - add-on services

In February 2015 Altech Autopage called to offer add-on services. I listened and was told that the services explained will not be activated until I do so via email. WHAT A BIG FAT LIE. They activated the add-on services. I never got an email. I only realized the add-on service was activated when my account was suddenly doubled. I submitted a complaint via their web site on 27 February 2015 about add-on service. I received an email to indicate I'll receive feedback in 7 days. I DID NOT RECEIVE FEEDBACK. I had to go into a branch to confirm the reason for the increase bill. Then asked the guys there is cancel the add-on services.<br> I want a credit for the add-on services that I have been charged that I did not agreed to. That is nothing more then right. DO THE RIGHT THING - PAY BACK MY MONEY.
