unacceptable service from Altech Auto

I recently requested for a cell phone upgrade and last week Monday it was delivered, to my disappointment it was with the incorrect phone and network provider, immediately I phoned the call centre with no resolution, the following day I called again to report and they ordered a recall in which was picked on Thursday the 1st Oct and was told that the correct phone will possibly be delivered on Monday the 05th Oct and yet to date no phone has been delivered, in fact I have been side-lined and told that they cannot send me a new phone without credit note , fortunately that is not my problem as this mistake was actually made by Autopage Cellular in the 1st place by swapping the orders and now I am the one faced with the problem of the continuous phone calls and having to drive to the nearest Altech which I am not prepared to do, the lack of care that I have received thus far is unacceptable. please See quote below from an official at Altech.<br> <br> \I spoke to my TM and he says he couldn't get approval to re-load the upgrade without a credit note<br> ..."<br> <br> <br> I need this phone delivered by today(07 October2015) the latest with the correct sim card"
