Unacceptable SERVICE

1st of May - Up Graded my contract - with a 1 GIG data buddle with it.<br> Some time in June 2015 - NO 1 GIG was added to my contract.<br> And was charged for 3 months OUT of Contract rates for data.<br> Phoned in ***<br> Phone call was brought up and they fixed the contract price and agreed that I did add this to my new contract.<br> So they added the 1 GIG price to my contract for the last 3 month.<br> No1 : WHERE IS MY CREDIT FOR THE 1 GIG THAT WAS CHARGED OUT OF CONTRACT RATES ???<br> Phoned in 9/06 11/06 15/06 24/06<br> Someone will get back to me - each time - email was sent to me saying Dear Valued Customer <br> Your service request with reference number 719809 has now been closed. <br> No2: Credit was passed for the following :Credit data usage May inv 469.59 <br> June 547.64 Unbilled 92.74 TOTAL 1109.97excl Total incl R 1265.37 <br> Your service request with reference number 749665 has now been closed. <br> READ MY EMAIL:<br> HOW DID YOU WORK OUT THIS AMOUNTS - ) If you charge me 99c per meg x 1024(meg = 1 GIG) = R 1024 in rands - If this is how you bill me, then how come this doesn't work out on the <br> credit ?? I want to see working out of this credit.<br> where is my credit note by LAW !
