unacceptable blocking of ph

Ever since my account has been taken over from nashua mobile by autopage I have had problems, my ph gets softblocked in tbe middle of the month and have to ph everyday to have it unblocked. I was told by an agent that if I change my account to debit orcer this would not happen as I will not be seen as a cash client. On friday 20th I called for assistance and was told cant help you as you phoning after 5 I asked to speak to a supervisor, held on for an hour and nobody came to the ph. This whole week I have been having to put up with my ph being softblocked and have to ph and explain myself over and over again. THERE IS A DEBIT ORDER IN PLACE!!!!! Autopage systems are *****ed up. I want decent service, I never know when my ph will be working or not, because you their administration problem.
