Unable to send SMSs for 6 months
MTN contract subscriber for 16+ years. Renewed contract 6 months ago. Unable to send SMSs and MMSs. Called and visited local store, who claimed to have fixed the problem, but still unable to send SMSs. Multiple Tweets to @altech_autopage have been ignored. What else can I do?<br> <br> PS: Attempts to send MMSs resulted in a message saying there were insufficient funds in my *Prepaid* account.
