Unable to restore service.

Last week my service was suspended, with no notice or reason and any number of requests for help brought no response. during the weekend I discovered an outstanding payment.<br> Mon morning at 08:00 I made the payment and sent fax confirmation as requested.<br> Today exactly 3 days later the service is still not restored, and the feedback from Autopage is practically nil.
