Unable to get statements for 1 year
After changing from Cell C to Autopage, I have not been receiving statements. I have updated my email address with the call centre MULTIPLE times, and promised to get invoices and statements sent - to no avail.<br> <br> The call centre promises and does not deliver! When escalating to management, after the 3rd call in one day, I have been placed on hold for 28 minutes.<br> <br> Pathetic service!!!
