Good day <br> I received A BILL on the 2/4/2015 contracts I have, I have a big issue with the Tablet , when they called me I was told that I will pay the fixed amount of R90 a month, but I was not more than R100. last month they forgot to deduct the money and eventually they deducted the money on the 21/03/2015 and I was assured by the gentlemen who assisted me that both contracts are included(R406.61). Today when I looked at my invoice I saw R152.35 and I called to enquire the first couldn't give me the correct answer and she put me put me on hold, whilst I was still holding the phone went off, and I called again the lady who assisted me told me that there is a once off amount that was included of R46.21 and I was not aware of that, and she told me that going forward the amount that will be deducted will be R121 and I don't agree with that amount, as I was told previously that I will be paying fixed amount, the device even now is in your repairs department, it's not even 2 months that I had it. I refuse to pay the money that is not on my agreement, and I would like to know going forward how do I cancelled the contract(Tablet). this is an inconvenient on my side.
