Totally unaxcceptable service!!

Once again, THIRD TIME since 14 October 2015 alone, and every month since July, my cellphone service has been suspended without reason or clarification. Despite calls to Altech Autopage to find out what is going on. <br> Yestarday I called their helpline and spoke to Zama, who, in his capacity as a call centre interface, tried to be of assistance and patiently listened to the ongoing saga. He immediately went to his superior and Zama then said he emailed both Marco Adonis and the Credit and ***** department which is their procedure. Despite his personal helpful attitude (best so far) he is not the person who can solve this. I am astounded at the low level of customer care from this company. The people working at their branches and at call centres do not have the autority or knowledge to resolve the matter so have to escalate it- at that point I have had shocking service. My line only gets restored after 4-7 days, I have to fight, beg, insist, and put this on a public compaint forum to get a response?? Is this what I pay for?? My phone has been off since day before yesterday and still nothing. Utterly disgusted Altech.
