Totally shocking bunch of idiots

My complaint has been going on since June 2014 I apparently used R7000.00 worth of data in one month when I questioned it I was told they would request rules and get back to me I nagged and nagged for a month and got the response the urls are correct and I am liable I then said I won't pay untill I know what they are for I then got the response that alter would pay for half of the usage which has never been loaded on the account further more every time they call me for money I request the rules so I know what this is for and it never happens. I then took my sim out and switched off my iPad and was still getting bills in the thousands so something is wrong no one calls back and helps me out I even went into the store and they sent emails to head office with no response either I have had enough of all the calls threading me for money when they can't even sort out there own internal problems
