To call altech is worse then to phone tshwane

How useless can a private company be. After an hour on my cell phone again account going to autopage, my data account is STILL not working. After I migrated my account to LTE beginning of Feb. No one billing and tech faults can tell me what is wrong with the account. ALL looks fine they say. WHY WHY WHY can you not speak to a supervisor OR get a call back from ALTECH. Why are there such positions if you are not allowed to have their names and number????WHY. Can someone call me back ASAP or I will cancel all my account with autopage. See if you can get anything from me regarding the current contracts still ongoing. SUPERVISOR call me back or lose me as a client.<br> all were tested...
