Three weeks and still waiting for a quote!

I dropped my cell phone off over THREE weeks ago to get a quote for repairs (REF PreJob_R407555)<br> <br> I am still waiting for the quote, the store staff ignore my queries and cannot tell me when the quote will be available. And after this I need to wait for the phone to get repaired, another four to six weeks I am told after the quote has been generated and accepted. <br> <br> This is beyond PATHETIC service - I cannot wait for my contract to end so I leave this vile company and it's useless, uncaring staff.
