they won't reconnect my phone

on Tuesday we received an SMS stating we owe them money and they will disconnect our phones . When I called them they said we still owe R313 even though we cancelled our contract on the 17 of July . We also paid one month extra and did not receive data for August month .<br> While in the call they said they gave us data and that we owe them as it takes 30 days to cancel a contract Wednesday they disconnected both our phones . My husband went to the store paid the money and they promised it would be on in two hours . Thursday morning he went back as it still was not on. His phone went on but mine did not . He went there again and they said it would take 30 min . Later on in the day we went back to the store and still nothing . It is Friday evening and my phone is still not connected ! They don't answer there phone and service was so bad as no-one could help us .<br> About 5 months back we also went to that store to cancel our wifi device . Wrote a note and did what was asked of us only to be billed two months later and then discover that it was never cancelled . After having trouble with Nashua mobile during there closure we have inherited more trouble once they bought our contract .
