they took my phone for repairs

I opened a cell phone account with Altech autopage on the 26 of october 2015, two days after receiving the phone, it had given me problems and I returned the cell phone back to the store. On the 28 october 2016 I returned the phone and had asked Daniel the sales person to rather cancel the contract of the nokia<br> 535 dual sum black and let me choice another phone, he said it wasn't possible for me to cancel the contract than I left the shop. Three weeks later I called to follow up on the phone, I was then asked for my password as they were waiting for it and did not tell or ask me, then two more weeks followed I called and I was told they will call me, I told them that I want to cancel the contract they said it's not possible I should call the head office. I called head office they told me the store should be able to cancel the contract with a cancellation fee and they are dealing with settlement only, then I was called to collect the phone ,on collecting found out the phone was not the one I wanted at first so I returned and told them to cancel my contract ,and told them I won't leave the store until they cancel the contract than they locked me waiting outside ,until today I do no
