They promised feedback - but are quiet since last

I reported the bad treatment I received and bad services from Altech Autopage. They verbally cancelled my contract, but since August kept on billing me. I stopped putting money in my account, so they could not debit my account. Now they send me letters that they will hand over my account. AN ACCOUNT which was supposedly to be closed according to their receptionist telling me that it was the instructions of Zaheer Hendricks their Manager. She refused to give my written proof, and said the account was closed now and that I am on prepaid services. WHICH SEEMS TO BE A LIE. They said that they will come back to me on my previous report. But there is total silence on their side.
