They just dont know how to support...

For the last 4 days..both incoming and outgoing calls have been suspended on my account. I call the call centre and they make me reboot my phone umpteen times. Then ask me to go to a store, the store assures me they fixed the problem and the phone will work in an hr thats on Saturday...today is Tues and it still does not work. The call centre is ill equipped to support and ask you 1000 questions, put you on hold and then the call drops and you have to start all over. <br> <br> This is the most painful and distressing process.
