They call you but cannot assist you

I was called to upgrade my current data contract. When I was provided with the options, I informed them that most companies are offering uncapped Wifi for R500. I then requested that the notice be submitted for them to cancel the contract which ends on the 12/07/2019. I was informed that they work for sales and not terminations and I must call to put in notice. Being a Cell C customer since 2004, this has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
