Their billing is ridiculous

<br> Auto page finance department contacted me telling me that owe them more that R5000 that was accumulated in a month. They suspended my line and i told i will not pay until i see a detailed statement. they sent me some statement that was not detailed and i called them again and asked them to give me a detailed one. they sent me a form to complete in order for me to request my URL history, that was 3 weeks ago, i went in-store at auto page Olympus for assistance they promised that they will follow it up and i am still waiting for them to get back to me.
