Theft from customers bank account

On the 7th of Jan a man called my cell number with a \private no"on display<br> He said he was from Altech Auto page head office. He told me the call was being recorded and he wants to tell me about their new offers. I told him I do not want anything that's going to cost me more money. He asked for my e-mail address and said there is a button to activate it and they wont sell me anything unless I activate it. I received the e-mails and DID NOT ACTIVATE anything. Before the e-mails I received an sms thanking me for my order. I call there number back only to find they are now closed. On the 17th I got my e-mail invoice showing that they are charging me extra for \""Techtrace\"" Hotspotter\"" Rescuebox\""and Phonebox\""all that I said I do not want.<br> This was logged by D0436 and request number A*** Task 561490<br> I want him kicked and my money back and my time spent paid back to me. <br> I still think I should lay a theft charge against Altech as this is *****<br> please HELP"""
