The worst supplier of its kind

<br> Every time I need to deal with Altech Autpage there seems to me some or another problem that I have, Things do not get done in time. My details of my request gets jumbled up via the G****vine or I have to wait longer than usual because someone forgot to do something.<br> When I call the call centre, I speak to a machine and I then get asked to type in my cellphone number. Eventually when I get through to a consultant, I am asked for the same information again only to find out that it is that wrong department. I then get transferred to another department when I need to repeat this process!!! This may happen 3 times during the same call sometimes!<br> Do you think everyone has time to be wasted in this manner. It is a well-known fact that Altech Autopage has incredibly bad customer service and it does not seem that anything is being done to try and change this general opinion. <br> It is an unacceptable level of service. I have now tried to renew my contract to Vodacom with no joy this far as I am promised that the port will be done and that I will get a notification to notify me of the port and nothing happens. This is my third attempt to get this done!
