The worst service provider

I have been dealing with Autopage for the last 10 years as a customer and for the last 2 years as a business customer dealing with the cell phone packages of my colleagues. Never can I honestly say have I ever received satisfactory service from them. Firstly when I have phoned to the call centre you hold on forever before you get to a person. Then you are either put through to one person to the other and to top it all...you get cut off every second attempt just to start all over again. Nobody ever replies back to your emails not even your \personal"business account manager.When you do eventually get to cancel a contract after 100 attempts you still get billed months later for the cancelled contract an money debited from your account. My personal contract ended January 2015 after which I continued with my contract from month to month waiting for the new Samsung S6 at Vodocom before wanting to port to Vodacom. Eventually my phone arrived and I went into a Autopage shop to have my contract switched over to pay as you go in order to prevent Autopage debiting my account after I have ported. Now a week later and Autopage has stil not swithed me to pay as go preventing me to port. """
