the worst serves ever

When i did my upgrade on my contract they just changed my contact with out consulting with me or get my approval. Now after altecauto page ****ed up they dont get back to me or rectified the problem. It looks like they just dont care about their customers and this is after 9 years of loyalty!! I think it is mabe time to change services provider. Thanks for absolutely **** service. Im really very disappoints. It feels like my money is ******. You suck altec autopage you suck!!!
