The worst of the worst!

I have never in my life experienced such bad service with a company than I have with Autopage. I have been waiting for my iPhone since the end of November and I still have not received it and every time I phone in there is a new excuse from a different consultant ie. delivered it to the wrong place, do not have stock or even worst they just \dont know whats happening with the upgrade". The phone was finally ready for delivery but it was returned to the warehouse as there was a RICA simcard in the box which could not be signed for by myself so I requested kindly that they take the simcard out and re-deliver it"
