THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SA!

Altech Auto-page Mall @ Carnival is the worst store I have ever dealt with! As noted in my previous complaint I took out a new contract with them on 31/10/2015. it is now the 17th of November & my contract has still not been activated & my number has not yet been ported. It doesn't help calling the store because nobody answers the phone, you cant email anybody because Ashley takes almost an entire week to tell you, that he cannot help you anyway. You cant even get help when you are in the store because Fatima,(the supposed manager) doesn't even know the contact number of cell c leaves you waiting in the store to go find out what the problem is! She then told me that my application was captured incorrectly & that she would re capture it for me & that cell c will send me a message with in 24 hours regarding the porting of my number. once I left the store, I received a message to rate the store's service that wasn't even addressed to the correct person! later on Saturday i received a call from Mitch who deals with customer complaints & after explaining to him what happened I still have had no response from anyone. Absolutely pathetic customer service !
