On 5 November 2014 I was telephonically coerced by an Autopage agent to upgrade my contract to the new iPhone6 which I eventually reluctantly agreed to. I was then informed that the iPhone6 was not yet available but that I would be contacted once it was to arrange delivery. Almost a month later, my iPhone4S fell out of my handbag resulting in a cracked screen. As I had been paying insurance for 2 years on this phone I took it to my local Autopage store on 4 December 2014 to be repaired. I have today received a message to collect my unrepaired phone from the store as I am now told that the insurance was no longer covering the iPhone4S, despite the fact that I had not yet received the iPhone6. This was finally delivered to me on 13 February 2015. I believe it is ********** to cover an item which doesn't exist so do not understand why the insurance would refer to another phone when that phone had not been delivered. I am also told that the insurance premium I have been paying since November, supposedly for the iPhone6, is insufficient to cover that phone and that I need to arrange to increase this premium ...
