In December 2014 Altech Autopage took over from Nashua Mobile. That gave new meaning to \going from bad to worse". They have suspended the lines rented from them every so often. All of this despite a valid debit order authorisation in respect of which not a single debit order had been returned in all the years since the contracts they inherited were taken out with Nashua M. <br> <br> Their approach to their PAYING customers: WE COULDN'T CARE LESS.<br> <br> No reasonable means have persuaded them to clean up their act:<br> - Polite phone calls achieve no more than generating a reference number - you could frame those and hang them against your wall - just don't expect any feedback or action on your requests.<br> - Detailed emails have no effect either. They'd simply ignore the tough questions"
