Thank you Yvonne Chauke from Autopage for your prompt response and resolving my contract cancellation request. She escalated my cancellation request (that i have been trying to do for a couple of days) to her manager, Zaheer Vallee, who managed to get my problem fixed within two hours. The Autopage records reflected that I had 18 months remaining on my contract and therefore liable for penalties, which was not the case as i was on a monthly contract. Thank you Yvonne and Zaheer, great team work!
