TERRIBLE SERVICE - Will be my last contract

I upgraded my contract to a sony xperia z compact. The phone was advertised as waterproof,dust proof, gorilla glass etc indicating durability. It slipped of a table the same day, screen cracked and that was the end, screen was also no longer responsive. Searching the net i found many other people who complained about the quality of its screen. The next day I went to autopage the bridge in PE, n gave it in complaining of the phones quality and was told to email my complaint as well as the proof which i found on the net, which i did. No response, i emailed again to the sales rep, none. I called, they gave me a number which rang and rang over a period of few days, once it was answered and before my call could be transferred it was cut. Staff say they not getting answers from head office and gave me an email ad to email. No response. I called head office of autopage they said they cant help. I got an SMS stating that my phone was a not a OBF. I DID NOT say it was. I am quoted R3900 to fix, parts here cost under R2000 and in US under $110.Why so much? 20 attachment email with proof of poor quality screen, no response? I also requested proof if the phone was SABS approved. No response?
