Terrible service delivery

Unsatisfactory service delivery and breach of contract for the second month!! I am paying for a contract where I am meant to receive calls and data - this is now the second month that I have not received data as per my contract! I have been into one of your shops twice and spoken to separate call centre agents who promised that the issue would be addressed and corrected in July. This is now the beginning of a new month and I am experiencing the same situation. This is unsatisfactory and the issue I have raised last month needs to be addressed.
