terrible service

Can't ever seem to get a supervisor on the line. But been double debited my bill. But one one seems to care. As well as the fact that the people in the store don't even know what's happening and have to wait for responses also makes the ordeal even more annoying.I have been waiting for supervisors to contact me for over 2 week now. Please can someone respond.
