TERRIBLE SERVICE

I requested a transfer of ownership on a contract for a laptop I had in my name. We were told it would be a simple process and a few forms were to be completed and the process would take place within a few weeks. <br> <br> I had done the application in April this year and to date the contract is still in my name! After countless calling, follow ups, reference number received and emails sent NO ONE has taken the responsibility to sort out this situation. Every consultant has a different excuse and it ALWAYS seems to be someone else's fault. <br> <br> As the initial forms were completed in April and specifically stated that a debit order would be placed on the new owners account, this had to my surprise been noted, but still it remains in my name? The account is now in arrears due to their incompetence the problem is STILL not sorted and we now have to pay a penalty fee, before they even look at the account again. <br> <br> I am disgusted in their service and will honestly NEVER recommend this company to anyone that I know. So as it stands I now have a hefty account to pay and a penalty fee to have the issue resolved, that they had caused in the first place. <br> <br> PATHETIC is all I can say!!
