Terrible Service

Last month my phone was in for water damage of which I was told I had to pay over R2000 for repairs, I did.<br> <br> When I got my phone after 2 days in for repairs I was told my phone is as brand new due to replacement of everything that needed to be repaired. However I kept on getting problems with network coverage and the screen freezing. After countless visits to ask them to fix the phone as it still was under warranty they finally took in the phone, i was told that they would be repaiiring the network receptor, however Nash kept on lying to me regarding getting my phone back, he **** everyday for 2 weeks telling me unbelievable stories. After 3 weeks he tells me the phone is available, which was yesterday Monday. I went to fetch the phone, however I immediately noticed that it wasnt picking up the network at all, we even tried different sim cards to check it. He kept on telling me that the phone was working.<br> <br> My phone has once again been taken in for repairs, without provision of a loan phone, what ****es me off, is the way they handle their customers, they will never call you to give you feedback, this is really unacceptable regarding the amount of money that I have already pai
