Terrible Service

I had a contract with Autopage - *** which ran its co**** and i requested to cancel as i will be porting to a new service provider.<br> I have had the above number for a number of years and it is my main business contact number.<br> <br> The above number has been cancelled off the system since 28/05 and despite numerous calls and follow ups and going into the branch there has been no luck<br> <br> Worst of all is when you ask to speak to a TM you are blocked by the call center.<br> I have spoken to the following agents<br> <br> Freddy<br> Thumelo<br> Thapelo<br> Mogadi<br> Connie Tshabalala - The agent that cancelled my number<br> <br> Ithumaleng<br> <br> And the team manager who was meant to contact me back<br> Lebalang Tema / Wayne wessels<br> <br> Reference number # 704395
