Terrible service!!

I was unemployed for 9 months, due to no income I could not pay any of my accounts, ma account from Nashua mobile was handed over to autopage (without my knowledge I was billed every month for about a year) I then started paying this account and after long I phoned them to find out what my balance due is, I was told then that the account was already paid in full. I asked them when it was paid and the said a few months ago. I then asked for a refund for this account, after 15 months I still have received no refund or any feedback. I had to phone them regularly and send through documentation almost every time over again.
