Terrible Service

Very poor service received from Altech. They billed me for a data bundle without ever allocating the data to my account. When at first I called their call centre three weeks ago, I needed to call about three times, as the phone gets put down in my ear each time I request to speak to a supervisor. After eventually logging a call, I was informed that the problem would be resolved in 5 to 7 working days. I have now waited 15 days without any feedback. Phoned them again to confirm the progress of the call. I called about seven times, of which I sometimes had to stay on the line for 10/15 mins without an answer. After routing my call through the sales department, my call was dropped again while I was waiting for the operator. And still the problem has not been resolved. This was the last time that I dealt with Altech, I will most definitely not recommend them to anyone. Very quick to sell you something but VERY BAD AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
