Terrible Customer Service
1. I've been requesting that my address be changed for the past 6 months and my details were incorrectly captured. Can anyone there read?!<br> 2. Yesterday I called to enquire about the cancellation of my Hotspotter subscription and I'm appalled at the way the call centre agent spoke to me.<br> <br> Altech has terrible customer service - PERIOD! I would never recommend it to anyone.
