Terrible Customer Service

I am outraged and mad as hell! I'm on the verge of involving my legal aid! I made arrangemnts to settle an account with Autopage. Spoke with their accounts person to make the arrangment, paid the agreed amount and now I get an sms saying that despite that my account would be disconnected!!! What a F'ed up system!! Autopage is a bunch of ****** idiots! I can't wait for my contract to be done so I never have to deal with these half wit idiots!!
