Termination of contract not honoured..

Works at Gemron crystals autopage customer cellphone number ***<br> My contract expired in December 2014, I tried many times to call and make sure it would not continue as I am overseas and have not used this account for more than a year now. There is no way to call anyone.. the call centre number allows one to enter details and then says 'you are now being transferred to a consultant' and then just goes blank! I have wasted much of my time trying again and again to call to no avail !! I finally emailed them and expressed that I wanted my contract terminated with immediate affect! They rep**** that a cancellation had been loading on the account for February 2015. Since then three more invoices have been received and now they are threatening legal action. This is the worst of the worst cellphone company and an official complaint has now been lodged! I am waiting for a response. my cell number ***
