termination of contract

Hi <br> <br> I have emailed Autopage to cancel and terminate 20 contracts of mine which expired on the 29th of July 2015, i called them today on the 3rd of August 2015 and they told me that no one has attended to it as yet. I have issued them with 30 day notice to cancel my lines. this is ********* business from Autopage.<br> <br> when i emailed the i received a reference number: 745299 <br> today the consultant issued me another ref number : 746397<br> <br> this is absolutely terrible service from Autopage. please make sure that my lines are canceled and please make sure I'm not being charged.<br> <br> Regards<br> Ahmed
