Termination of contract

I requested I quote for termination of my cell contract , Which i Received After being kept on hold for such a long time Since the lines were busy. I managed to pay the amount reflected on the settlement letter and faxed the paper to work altech. It a week later and I have not received any feedback from altech or any acknowledgement. In future should i need to take any contract i will go direct no more 3rd party.
