terible service

The account payment for the cellphone contract was returned as there was lack of funds available.<br> When we found this out the payment was made the same day and proof of payment sent to the provider.<br> The cells however had been suspended completely ,no calls in or out which is also quite strange as they normally allow incoming calls.We called Friday and they said they would be reconnected but nothing happened.We called again Saturday and the call center guy said he did not know what was wrong and we must call back Monday.Since Friday my cell has been off and is still off now.monday 8.30.This is my work number so no calls and no sales.It is totally unacceptable that autopage do this kind of thing to clients and not even care about it.
