Telphone system

Everytime I call Autopage I have to tell my long story to a consultant and when they transfer me the phone goes dead. Can someone in technical please call me. I spoke to Zanele on Sunday 31 January and she was the most effecient person I have ever spoken to in a call centre and I have been trying to get hold of her ever since but your phone system keeps dying on me.<br> <br> PS. What is the use of entering my phone nr. when calling and then I have to give it to the consultant again?<br> <br> You can check on your system how many times I called in within the last 3 weeks for 1 problem.
