Suspended service not reactivated

My Service was suspended 17 September 2015 ,and I paid the outstanding amount on the same day.Later that day in the evening I received an sms that my service will be activated. But on the next day 18 September my service was still not active!I phoned the customer care line.And they confirmed that it will be activated by 12 am on the same day.And then at 16:00 my service was still not active.So I phoned again,and they said it will be activated after 15 min.And now still at 20:00 it's still not active.I'm very disappointed with autopage's service and are considering to not renew my contract when it's over !
