Suspended service

this is an ongoing request to get the voice recording for the contract taken out on ****le account and still no response for the last 2 months.<br> <br> My services suspended and after 8 calls and 10 visits to the local Autopage I had the worst experience ever . . . The actual Manager at Secunda branch laughed as if this was a joke ! while is he talking to Midrand on line and interrupt the clientele face to face to help his colleagues and keep on chatting . . .<br> <br> Due to this we missed a call when my son's friend passed away and as he bluntly replies - God forbid it will happen to me . . . and he is sorry - sorry about what ? <br> <br> Autopage computer generate a reply and there is no response on any of the queries . . .. and then they also lie to say they are opening the lines whilst they sort out the problem . . .
