SUSPENDED LINE FOR NO REASON

My mobile phone was suspended twice in one day for no reason. First by 10am in the morning without ANY notification. After phoning they reconnected the line. Then at 7pm the same happened - again NO notification or explanation. I am single female living on a plot and my mobile phone is my only means of communication. In today's life in JHB this is very dangerous.For some reason no one else was able to phone me either as the message states number is not available. This is totally unacceptable to say the least. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this has happened numerous times. Each time I tell them to PHONE ME if there is a problem - send an sms or email - but it keeps happening. Unfortunately I have to keep my number for personal and professional reason otherwise I would have cancelled my contract with them YEARS AGO. I am sure this happens to a lot of people. We are just a number these days - no customer service. As long as they get money, they dont care. I could have been attacked, ***** and ******ed last night and had NO OTHER means of communication or security. What an insult Autopage Cellular and Supercall Cellular is to the Telecommunications industry!!!!!
