suspend my line after i did pay them

Since I've join this altech autopage i never have time to rest i must ask for statement every month . after paying them i call them and send proof of payment . after all that effort when i want to make an important call after 2 days of payment my line will be suspended saying i didn't pay have to call them using my airtime again they will give me another email address to send proof of payment . i cant wait to finish my contract with them and go somewhere where i can get better service this is really in convenience my line has been close 3 times this month after i make a payment for April if they really record all the calls that will be the proof i cant deal with this . <br> <br> how can i continue with their service I'm pregnant now i need my phone to be on all the time that is the reason im paying them but if it can be close after paying i think I'm in a big trouble . my first call after april payment was on 24April second call was on the 29 april yesterday my line was suspended only realise late when i want to make a call i call them today again to berg them to opern it .
