Stop incorrect deductions!!!!!!

I settled my one contract with Autopage and paid R1196 on 16 January 2015. Proof of payment was send and it took forever to convert my number to prepaid. End of February you deducted +R600 from my account and it was only supposed to be R150 of the one contract I still have. I requested a refund immediately and was told it would take 7 working days. Ref 595866(Pre-Anne). At the end of March you deducted another f...... R448 and I queried that today, consultant, Simphiwe (***) really asked when I cancelled this contract, I mean, really, don't you make notes on your system. Had to resend proof of payment to her.<br> <br> PLEASE I NEED MY REFUND ASAP AND STOP DEDUCTING INCORRECTLY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
