I lost my cellphone on the 24 Septemeber 2015 and reported to Altech Autopage Cellular on the very same day. The consultant promised to sms me the ITC number so that I can claim for another cellphone from insurance, but i havent received the ITC/Ref number till today. <br> <br> I have been visiting the Altech Autopage Eastgate branch and the consultant keeps telling me that the Head Office haven't allocated the ref number. <br> <br> I called Altech Autopage cellular on the 8 October 2015 and I spoke to Tebogo Motau whom promised to send me the reference number, but ey I haven't receivced anything to date. <br> <br> I regret taking a contract with Altech Autpage Cellular. I have been without the phone for almost three weeks now and they not willing to assist me. I wonder what does treating customers fairly mean to altech autopage cellular. <br>
