I am finally ending this contract and paying it off because of the pathetic customer service i have received for the last year. This is just as much as i Can handle. I advise the public never to take a contract out with Autopage. They have NO walk in centres and the call centre agents constantly hang the phone up in your ear when they don't know how to handle your query. i was transferred to so many agents that i have lost count. All i want is to have absolutely NO dealing with this disgusting excuse for a service provider. The cancellations dept does not have access to EMAIL!!! In this day and age to be forced to locate a fax machine. Please give me a call because this is the only way to get someone from Autopage to help. The amount of R1474 is paid. Terminate my contract with you and transfer my number to prepaid. There's no words to even describe the way i feel, so i think my actions suffice.
